When naming the collection, we felt passionate about giving Kōraru’s four signature silhouettes names that evoke the ocean. Looking as beautiful to the eye as they sound to the ear, RIFU, NIKKO, KUMANOMI and CHIKYU all relate to elements of our blue planet, embodying our core values and speaking to our deep-rooted affinity with Japanese lifestyle.
RIFU - The Reef: providing essential shelter and sanctuary to marine life big and small.
The RIFU bikini top is a play on the classic triangle cut and comes with tie-up straps that can be effortlessly adjusted to find the perfect fit. The coordinating briefs have been purposely designed with ample coverage to allow them to be worn either on the hip or high-leg. Lines are minimal for uninterrupted tanning.
NIKKO – Sunlight: the source of light and life on which our natural world thrives
The NIKKO bandeau top can be worn with straps for a timeless vintage-inspired appeal, or without for a minimal sunbathing-friendly look.
