If like us you’ve been well and truly hooked on The White Lotus since it aired back in July 2021, we’re guessing you’ve been just as obsessed with all the beautiful beach-side fashion choices as you have been with the captivating characters and unpredictable twists and turns of this modern day mystery.
With that in mind, we just couldn’t help wondering, if our favourite White Lotus characters were to choose their screen-worthy swimwear with us here at Koraru, which designer swimsuit would they wear? Would it be a brightly coloured bikini, a cute one-piece swimsuit, or a stylish sarong wrap? Join us as we take you through every beloved character and pick out the best swimsuits to suit each of their unique personalities and highly covetable styles.
SEASON ONE
Set in a picture-perfect ocean-side resort in Hawaii with plenty of poolside posing going on, season one gave us the perfect opportunity to swoon over each of our favourite character’s flawless sense of vacation swimwear style.
RACHEL (ALEXANDRA DADDARIO)
Every one of Rachel's bikini sets was an absolute winner. That said, the simple white bikini she wore to swim lengths in the hotel pool was particularly special and spoke to the more classic and simple side of her style. For that reason, we’re certain Rachel would opt for the timeless Kumanomi ivory white bikini top and matching Kumanomi high-waisted bikini bottoms in the Avorio shade.
OLIVIA (SYDNEY SWEENEY)
Olivia’s sense of style is pretty tricky to pin down. Whilst sometimes she’ll choose a high-waisted short and a crop top, other times she’ll opt for a frilly dress and a ribbon in her hair. We also couldn’t help but notice the amazing one-shoulder swimsuit she wore towards the end of the show. With that in mind and the fact we think the high-waisted moments are much more iconic and something she wears flawlessly throughout the show, we can definitely see the Annie one shoulder bandeau bikini top and coordinating Annie high-waisted bikini bottoms in Coral print being Olivia’s top Koraru swim pick!
PAULA (BRITTANY O’GRADY)
Right from episode one it’s clear to see that Paula loves to combine both colour and comfort when it comes to her playful two-piece bathing suits. With that in mind, the Annie one-shoulder bandeau top and high waist bottoms in powder pink are a perfect choice. We can so see her rocking this versatile set poolside or with shorts around the luxurious White Lotus resort.
NICOLE (CONNIE BRITTON)
Though we never see Nicole in swimwear alone, her timeless resort-inspired closet means we just can’t resist picking out a classic one-piece for her countless, equally luxurious, trips. The Chikyu belted burgundy red one-piece swimsuit exudes the same designer style vibes as many of Nicole’s outfits. In particular her cream linen wrap dress. It would also match perfectly with her iconic, wide-brim, straw boater hat.
TANYA (JENNIFER COOLIDGE)
Tanya loves to wear colourful pieces, often with a vibrant print and a belted waist. That’s why we can definitely see her rocking an eye-catching women’s swimsuit with an equally scene-stealing sarong or swimsuit cover-up. Like the Zabel tube one-piece swimsuit in black. A timeless one-piece swimwear like this perfectly suits Tanya’s luxurious-looking wardrobe and countless unique silhouettes in sumptuous shades.
BELINA (NATASHA ROTHWELL)
Belina might spend most of the series in her simple black spa uniform, but when we do get a glimpse of her personal wardrobe, her tastes are just as sleek and subtle. With that in mind, our choice for Belinda is the Zabel one-piece bathing suit in the classic and subtle blue of the summer sea - Aqua. Versatile, sleek, and eternally stylish.
SEASON 2
Season 2 returns with the White Lotus in Sicily. A whole new location and, Tanya aside, a whole new cast of fashion-forward characters. Inspired by their eclectic tastes in swimwear, we’ve picked out the Kõraru swimsuits we think these women would choose to be spotted in.
DAPHNE (MEGHANN FAHY)
There’s no denying that Daphne adores vibrant colour and print - perfect for a Sicilian getaway. So, with dressing for summer sunshine in Europe in mind, we’re thinking of cheeky swimsuits that could slip seamlessly into her already show-stopping closet. The Nikko in the shade Etnico is ideal. Plus, this seriously cute swimsuit has a stunning square neckline and open back, which we know from the show, Daphne loves to wear.

HARPER (AUBREY PLAZA)
There’s no denying that Harper’s style is anything other than classic and timeless. Whether it’s an effortlessly elegant sun dress or a plunging black swimsuit for poolside style points, she always looks put together.
